We do not issue money back refunds - if an item(s) is returned for any reason - a store credit, less shipping fees, will be issued. Store credits must be used within 60 days.
We strive to earn your business by providing excellent customer service, you may contact us before making a purchase, with any questions, and groups can request a sample of the material.
We will gladly exchange any item as long as it is returned in good condition with tags attached and unused condition for another item or store credit. Buyer is to pay for shipping both ways if an exchange is desired. All exchange/returns must be done within 7 days after delivery date.
We inspect all items for defects before shipping, and do not issue refunds because you did not order the correct size. Please check the size charts to be sure of your size before ordering.
We reserve the right to deny any request for exchange or store credit for a returned item.
All returns or exchanges will be charged a 20% restocking fee and a store credit will be issued for the balance. Exchange and store credit purchases cannot be returned.
Please contact Rachel's Crowns by phone (757-272-8989) within 48 hours of receipt of item before attempting to return an item.
In the event that we authorize a return, Rachel's Crowns will issue an RMA# which must be placed on the outside of any returned item packaging.
Items returned without contacting Rachel's Crowns within 48 hours of receipt, without a RMA#, or returned after 15 days from delivery date will NOT qualify for any refund.
Any items Returned/Exchanged must include the attached original tags, hangers, dust-sleeve and packaging - and must be in new, un-worn condition. Any items returned that smells of perfume, smoke, etc WILL NOT qualify for a REFUND!
Please Note: If returned item(s) comes back damaged, smelling of smoke or are in any way less than the condition they were sent, we reserve the right to deduct for dry cleaning or repairs, a percentage of what is due back to you in credit. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred from undeliverable packages due to incorrect address or information, which was submitted in error or "Not Deliverable--Three Attempts Made".
Additional charges will apply to re-ship the order. Shipping/Handing charges are not refundable for any reason.
RESTOCKING
If you choose not to accept an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 20% of the amount of order, plus all the freight charges and fees.
Further purchases from our store will not be permitted until the restocking fee is paid.
CANCELLATIONS
All Order Cancellations made after 24 hours from the time you placed your order are subject to a $20 Per Item Cancellation Charge. The remainder will be refunded promptly.
OTHER INFORMATION
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and some rural route addresses. You will need to inquire about this for further information before your order is placed. Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the card holder. At the discretion of Management other identifying information may be requested of the card holder.
